Dealerhsip has examined vehicle and could not reproduce the problem, while consumers son was driving at 10 mph on october 29, 2001, drivers seat slid forward, resulting in a crash due to loss of control. Dealership has not examined vehicle after second incident.*ak consumer also stated ash trid separated from console.*slc
