Vehicle had an oil consumption problem. Vehicle used 3/4 quart of oil every 2000 miles. In a 3000 mile oil change vehicle would have used 11/4 quarts of oil. Contacted dealer, and dealer stated this was normal.*ak

When taking the manual transmission out of third gear the computer cannot find the idle speed , so the engine fluctuates rpms anywhere from 850 rpm to stalling. It does this repeatedly. This was discovered when turning a corner, taking it out of third and losing all power after the engine stalled. The dealership cannot fix the problem and has advised the manufacturer.
